In all situations we are in during our lifetime, we always aim to be seen, heard, respected, and treated fairly. At FAIRGO MEDIATION we proudly practice and provide an equal start for everyone as we know how important it is for every person to be treated fairly and with the utmost respect for their dignity. We are committed to supporting our clients throughout the mediation process to restore their communication, achieve the best possible solutions for their unique circumstances, and if this is possible guide them in creating their own independent agreements.
We are focused to support our clients to achieve the best results available for them. Therefore, the first step for us to work with you is an assessment of your matter's suitability for mediation and coming up with a plan to use also other modalities such as mediation for one or mindset coaching if your matter is not suitable for mediation or the other party doesn't want to engage into a mediation process, and litigation is not an option that you will prefer or consider.
In all Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) matters a child must be at the centre of all parental discussions as per the requirements of the Family Law Act (Cth) 1975. The FAIRGO MEDIATION services in family law matters allow parents to respectfully focus on their child/ren's best interest, and bring the child's indirect or direct voice regarding their wishes and needs, during a parental discussion and negotiation about the child/ren’s future.
Don't wait! Contact us online for a free consultation. Let us help you figure out the next steps you can take. The sooner you have a plan of action, the better your chances of taking the correct steps to get the results you want. Remember that incorporating the mediation process to solve your disputes may prevent the creation and escalation of domestic violence.
